Shipping & Returns
Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. You can expect your standard delivery shipping to take between 2-8 days. We use a combination of carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, and FedEx). We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier based on our needs and what we believe to be the most economical and efficienct option for your purchase and location.
Opened Items: If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less original shipping and handling). Only one (1) opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container for refund. Sample boxes, Media, and digital purchases cannot be returned. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 45 days from the date of purchase.
Unopened Items: Unopened items may be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 45 days of purchase and we will refund your money (less the original shipping and handling). When we receive your package we will process your refund.
Refunds for Items shipped as "Free Shipping": In the event of returning a “free shipping” item, there is a mandatory deduction of $4.95 from your total refund if the new subtotal order value is less than $75.00.
Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact us immediately. We do our best to ship quality products, packaged so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and you MUST retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers. All returns for damaged or defective products will be exchanged or, if requested, we will refund to you the purchase price including shipping, if any.
Received the Wrong Item(s): We do our best to fill your order accurately. If, however, you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible for further instructions. Please do not discard the product(s) and you MUST retain the original box and packaging as it will be required for return shipping.
No Refunds will be allowed after 45 days from the date of purchase.
1. Please e-mail our Customer Service at CustomerCare@dreamfarmvitamins.com within 45 days of date of purchase to receive authorization and any special return instructions.
2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging (Hint: the original shipping box and packaging may work well). Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.
5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.)
